Our founder and CEO has over 13 years of restaurant management experience. After working in leadership roles, for companies like Chick-fil-A, Captain D’s and Newk’s, he used his knowledge and experience to create the Hill Promise Checklist. The Hill Promise Checklist is a promise to ensure that our job isn’t done until your business has exceeded local and state requirements for cleanliness and sanitation.
